Sarah made this crock pot recipe for our last swap, and my family LOVED it! We had a neighbor girl over for dinner that night and she went home and told her mom it was the best chicken she'd ever had...I didn't want to tell her that all I did was heat it up... :)
3-4 lbs chicken pieces (Sarah used all chicken breasts)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onions
16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Bake on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
Makes 6-8 servings.
