Amy's Burgers (aka The Easiest Burgers Ever)

2lbs lean ground beef
1-ounce envelope dried onion soup mix
1 8ounce can tomato sauce
buns, lettuce, tomato etc
 
In large bowl, combine the ground beef, soup mix, and tomato sauce and mix gently. Shape the mixture into 6 patties. Wrap the patties in wax paper. Place the patties in a labeled 1 gallon freezer bag, and freeze.
 
To serve, preheat a grill. Place the frozen patties on gas grill over medium heat or charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium-hot coals.  Cook 14-19 minutes until no longer pink, turning once.
 
Serves 6.
